The player has been in self-isolation after testing positive for the coronavirus and after treatment is now fine and doing well.
Odoi became the first English Premier League player to test positive for Covid-19. Chelsea personnel who had recent close contact with the player in the men’s team building also went into self-isolation in line with government health guidelines.

The club revealed that Odoi was back to his normal routine of training.
“In addition to feeling good, the young winger is hard at work, training at home to build and maintain his fitness, as are the rest of the Chelsea squad,” said the club.
