Kenyan gospel musician Wanjiru has asked her fellow established singers to help up-and-coming artistes to grow their careers.
Wanjiru, who is a classic example of the from rags to riches in her music journey, took to her Instagram account lecturing gospel musicians engaging in unnecessary fights.
She is also angry with those pulling others down instead of helping them grow.
“We rise by rising others.” She insisted
“HELP SOMEONE TO ENJOY WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN ENJOYING. HELP THEM TO GET TO THEIR NEXT LEVELS. THIS YEAR CONNECT SOMEONE SOMEWHERE..OPEN A DOOR FOR SOMEONE …INTRODUCE SOMEONE TO A HIGHER OFFICE…ENOUGH OF PULLING OTHERS DOWN ……TO US GOSPEL MINISTERS MENTION HIS OR HER NAME SOMEWHERE BASED ON THE GRACE BESTOWED UPON THEIR LIVES REJOICE IN LIFTING OTHERS.WE RISE AS WE RAISE OTHERES

In one way or another We all need words of encouragement #testimony #GodatWork On the left That was me during PROJECT FAME auditioning in 2010 I thought my music career breakthrough was there 😢but God had good plans for me ,years later see me in 2018 (right) during my annual event @praiseatmosphere God has directed my foot steps in His own ways. I remember I used to travel from Nakuru to Nairobi every weekend to try and get my music into the market “media” it wasn’t easy since no one knew me.I used to leave my CD’s at the media house receptions trusting God someone will just pick it and play.By then I had done the song WAWEZA.Always with a big bag on my back inside it was my clothes and cds to distribute to the music shops. Incase i find myself in Nairobi late hours @agundabweni (hubby) and i would call @eunicenjeri most of times to give us accomodation. She was an Angel sent…😢💕 famous yet soo humble. Waiting upon the Lord and walking through the process is never easy neither enjoyable but through all the hustle of trying to breakthrough,I learnt that God knows the desires of His children. Where you are is not the final place for you, for as long as you are alive there’s a higher place in God for you. He gives you a dream and vision and then stretches your thinking. God given vision is at the level of Gods thoughts. For sure He makes things beautiful at His own time 😊. #TBT #DiaryOfAWorshipper #keeptheFaith. #trusttheprocess #dream #vision #focus #pray
