CNN international reporter Larry Madowo and Citizen TV senior news anchor Victoria Rubadiri made Kenyans go whoa during their days at NTV.

Victoria Rubadiri and Larry Madowo having a good time at NTV some years ago.

Years after leaving NTV and joining different stations, the former terrific TV couple had a major reunion in New York and even posed for a photo in the streets.

“New York City reunion with my ex-TV wife Victoria Rubadiri,” Larry wrote on his social media pages.

Kenyans in their thousands reacted to the photo across the platforms and noted that they looked good.

In fact, some internet users could not resist screaming, “real couple goals”.

They opined that the two were created for each other and should stop wasting more time.

Larry was advised to ‘shoot his shot’ and let his intentions known to her.

Let’s now sample some of the comments.

Joseph Njane: “A man who hangs around a beautiful girl without saying a word ends up fetching water for the guests at her wedding.” This is a quote borrowed from Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru.

Mwalimu Kibet: “Your online in-laws are happy. You cannot end up fetching water, Larry.”

Nobert Nyandire: “When is the wedding date? And the colour theme?”

Ondari James: “You are looking awesome as a newlywed couple.”

Wanga Paul: “Now that she is in New York and you are in New York…”

Sephas Ouso: “Congratulations sir. Just tell her the baking flour cooks very good chapati and mandazi.”
