Now in her 40s, the entrepreneur has navigated several relationships, some culminating in marriage and others ending at the dating stage.
Her romantic affairs cannot be told in exact number, but we know for a fact they are multiple.

Akothee has in previous interviews revealed that her first marriage was to Jared Okello with whom they were blessed with four children – three girls and a boy, who died at eight months.
She filed for divorce and in 2007 the marriage was dissolved.
Since then, the mother of five has been jumping from one relationship to the other with confidence and blocking all haters.

With her Swiss baby daddy, they have a son named Prince Oyoo.
Akothee and her French ex-lover were blessed with a baby boy called Prince Ojwang.
