Karen Nyamu Advises Women Not to Reduce Their Men to Boys

Nairobi Water and Sewerage Company (Nawasco) director Karen Nyamu has given women some tips on how to ensure their men do not feel belittled.

According to her, a man’s ego is the most important thing in his life and a smart woman should know how to protect it.

“You man’s ego should never be put on the line as a punishment. All a man has is his masculinity and manhood,” she said.

She advised fellow women to stop shaming their men even when they are on the wrong.

“Don’t embarrass him by using simping as a punishment. Find a punishment that won’t get him ridiculed,” the mother of two said.

Additionally, the city politician noted that a man’s bravery, even at his lowest, is everything.

“When you strip him of his manhood, it is you who walks home with a boy,” she said.

Her opinion comes days after she indicated that she will never get married.

Although she had hinted earlier that she was mugithi singer Samidoh’s second wife, she lamented that only married men were approaching her.

“From my personal experience, I think I was not made for marriage because it is always married men who want me to get engaged with them,” she said.

But the former Nairobi Woman Representative aspirant added that “Samidoh is a good man and I don’t want to talk about my family”.

The politician felt betrayed after the musician described her as a friend and not his second wife.

However, the singer admitted that he is the father of Karen’s son despite denying paternity in October 2020.
