KCB Football Club head coach Zedekiah ‘Zico’ Otieno has been named Football Kenya Federation Premier League Coach of the Month for December.
The former Gor Mahia tactician beat Kariobangi Sharks head coach William Muluya to the award.
Otieno walked away with Ksh50,000 and a personalised trophy courtesy of the FKF Premier League.

Otieno guided his team to five wins, picking up a maximum of 15 points, scoring nine goals, and conceding just one goal.
The bankers started their season with a 3-0 win over Posta Rangers followed by a 1-0 win over newbies Nairobi City Stars, a 2-0 win over Kakamega Homeboyz then a 2-1 win over Bandari, and finishing the month with a 1-0 win over Wazito FC.
Since the start of the season, the bankers have lost only one game against AFC Leopards in January.
Otieno’s men currently sit second on the league standings, with 25 points, a point behind league leaders Tusker FC, who have played an extra game.
KCB is scheduled to play Nzoia Sugar FC on Saturday, 20th February, in their 11th league match at Sudi Stadium, Bungoma.
