Kenya Rugby 7s Team Pooled in Tough New Series Group

The Kenya national Rugby Sevens team, Shujaa, will begin its 2019-2020 HSBC Sevens World Series season against South Africa, with the first leg in Dubai on Thursday.

Shujaa are in Group D of the Dubai Sevens alongside South Africa, England and Spain.

The first leg of the World Rugby Sevens series will run from 5-7th December, 2019.
The Kenyans will face off with their England opponents in their second pool match before ending the group stage with a clash against Spain.

Shujaa speedster Collins Injera, who picked up a shoulder injury during the October Safari Sevens, will miss the HSBC Sevens World Series. 

 Here is the full list of groups:

Pool A: Fiji, France, Argentina, Japan

Pool B: USA, Australia, Scotland, Ireland

Pool C: New Zealand, Samoa, Canada, Wales

Pool D: South Africa, England, Spain
