Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna is set to land at JKIA, Nairobi, on Wednesday at 9:45am, on his return from Canada.
His trip back to Kenya was on Tuesday interrupted after the government issued a red alert barring him from travelling to any African country.
He was blocked from boarding a connecting flight to Nairobi from Germany.
He said he had been stopped by Lufthansa airline officials from boarding the flight to Nairobi, where he was scheduled to arrive at 9.25pm.
“I am at the Lufthansa check-in and they are saying the Kenyan security has blocked me from entering Kenya,” Miguna said, after the Kenyan Immigration Department had announced that it would honour a court order to facilitate Miguna’s entry.
He also claimed that the government had “demanded that Lufthansa should not fly me into any other African country, either”.
However, on Tuesday evening, the self-declared general announced that he would be arriving at the JKIA on Wednesday, 8th January 8, at 9:45am.
“HOMEBOUND. Unbowed! Dynamic. Resourceful.Arrival: JKIA, on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at 9:45 a.m. A Kenyan by BIRTH and RIGHT.
Kenyans are not slaves. Freedom must come through the fearless the pursuit of truth and justice. See you in Nairobi,” he tweeted.
