Top Kenyan gospel disc jockey Samuel Muraya, whose stage name is DJ Mo, penned a heart-warming message to celebrate his wife Size 8 Reborn’s birthday.
‘Mrembo wa Simba‘ was the new affectionate name that he gave the birthday girl, who turned 33 today, 4th August.
Posting the message on his Instagram, the entertainer could not hide his joy and immense love for the mother of his two adorable kids.
“Huyu mrembo wa Simba .. ameng’ara kweli na leo ni siku yake ….(The lion’s beautiful gal is so pretty today and it’s her day.)
No talking much…Happy birthday, Bibi ya Topa, Size 8, I love you,” he wrote.
For her part, Size 8, whose real name is Linet Munyali, spent a considerable amount of time thanking God for all the success and fame she enjoys today.
“Today is my 33rd birthday. Wow look at Jesus!!! Yaani guys allow me to testify. I’ve seen God lift me from one level to another and the journey has not been smooth but the GRACE OF GOD HAS HELD ME!” she wrote.
Recalling that she was born and raised in Kariobangi South in Nairobi’s Eastlands, the proud mother of two, revealed that at some point in her life she had to battle depression and a life-threatening sickness, but that the Lord walked with her through the tribulations.
The celebrity couple solemnised their union in 2013 and are the proud parents of Ladasha Wambo and Muraya junior, who was born towards the end of last year.
They have had a happy marriage, making them an inspiration to many young people who are planning to settle down.
Ladasha has already been initiated into her family’s celebrity rhythm, inheriting her mother’s confidence and go-getter attitude.
