Spanish giants FC Barcelona playmaker Philippe Coutinho could be on his way out of Camp Nou in January 2022, according to media reports.
North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both seen as the likely destinations for the 29-year-old Brazilian.
According to the Daily Mail, both clubs are open to a six-month loan offer, but Barca would be required to pay half of his rumoured £200,000 per week salary during the loan period.
Arsenal and Tottenham are looking forward to bolstering their attacking options when the market reopens in January 2022.
Coutinho had scored 24 goals in 93 appearances for Barca before being sent out on loan to Bayern Munich, where he won the Champions League in 2020.
This season, he has played 106 minutes across three games. He played 60 minutes against Granada and 22 against Cadiz in La Liga, while he also played 24 minutes in the Champions League against his former loan club, Bayern Munich, when Barcelona lost 3-0 at the Nou Camp.
Coutinho left the English Premier League side, Liverpool, for Barcelona in 2018.
During his tenure at Liverpool, he managed to score 41 goals and 35 assists in 152 Premier League games.
