NTSA Announces Three-Day Service Interruption

The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has said that services at two of its centres in Nairobi will be interrupted for three days.

This is meant to enable fumigation and thorough cleaning of the authority’s Upper Hill offices and the Likoni Road Motor Vehicle Inspection Centre from Saturday, August 1st, 2020 to Monday, 3rd August 2020.

It is part of the precautionary measures directed by the National Emergency Response Committee on Covid-19 to mitigate the impact of the spread of the coronavirus disease.

As a result, the NTSA has notified the public that the two offices will re-open for service on Tuesday, 4th August.

The authority is set to move to all of their 17 regional offices in the next 10 days, and shall notify the public two days before the fumigation of each regional office.

However,  all online services will be available and other offices and inspection centres will continue serving clients during the cleanup.
