Love is a beautiful thing that many people express in different ways.
Three months after solemnising their union, Gukena FM radio presenter and comedian Jimmie Kajim and his wife, Silvana Wambui, are proving that their relationship was made in heaven.
Regularly, the two lovebirds take to their social media pages to praise and appreciate each other.
However, Wambui’s latest act has left tongues wagging.
She took to her Instagram to flaunt a tattoo etched in her chest in honour of her husband.
“A stamp on me, a treasure on a mark that is worth it,” she said.
Her celebrity husband was so happy for the honour that he promised to continue loving her unconditionally.
“Kajim it is! You are the reason I work so hard, to make that perfect moment for you. All I have ever wanted is to have you for life. I love you,” he said.
She replied: “And I love you, too, hunnie.”
Some Kenyans reckoned that true love still exists despite the many negative stories about marriage, but others were sceptical about the gesture.
Critics wondered what were to happen if circumstances force them to part ways in future.
However, Kajim and his woman insist they were meant for each other, so they are going to spend the rest of their lives together.
In recent years, many young people are uneasy about exposing their relationships in public fearing they could “end in premium tears”.
For the celebrities, it has even become harder to talk about or share anything about their love lives because breakups usually attract undue attention and drama.
