Stylish Nairobi pastor Kathy Kiuna could not hold back her tears as she woke up to a sweet long birthday message penned by her husband and co-founder of the Jubilee Christian Church, Bishop Allan Kiuna.
The fashionable cleric could not hide her excitement over the special note from her hubby.
“Awwwwwww honey you can make me cry on my day. I love you more than you know. Thnx for being amazing my love,”
Who could have thought that the bishop could have penned such a romantic message.
But he did,and as they say, there is no flooding stream that love cannot cross, and this was evident in the long love message Bishop Kiuna put together for his lovely wife.
“To my sweetheart, my love, my queen, my secret weapon, my team mate, my play mate, my prayer mate, my shosh, my best friend, my honey, my para and my everyday bride. You, my love, have not only been my shoulder to lean on, you have been the bosom I lay on, my covering and my voice of reason. Your laughter lights up my days, your beauty is the reason I still look young, because you reflect the love of God,” he wrote.
As if that was not enough, the loving husband designed a nice poster, which was filled with words of love.
‘LOVE OF MY LIFE,’ was the title of the note to the queen in Bishop Kiuna’s kingdom.
At the beginning of the year, the Rev Kathy Kiuna had moving words of advice for young women, urging them to cling onto young men that have vision for their future.
“Don’t throw a man away because of his present situation. If he is working towards his future, believe the future you see in his eyes. You may dismiss someone because of where he currently is, not knowing where his destiny will take him. A man with a vision is very important!”
she posted on her Instagram then.
The fashionable pastor narrated how she met her prince charming, who was born and raised in Kariobangi in Nairobi’s Eastlands, and how she stood by him and supported his vision for him to become the great man he is today.
Her advice was: “Do not throw away a man with a vision.”
The celebrity couple have been married now for 25 years and have three children and two grandchildren.
They minister at church with more than 9,000 members at Parklands in Nairobi.
They have 19 branches in Kenya, South Africa, the United Kingdom, and USA.
The birthday woman also had a special message for herself on her big day that was dominated by words of thanksgiving to her Creator.
“Today is my birthday. To say I am grateful is an understatement. I can only say Wewe Mkuu. Being in purpose that I’m not throwing blows in the air . Impacting lives and contributing to society. God be magnified. Thank you. Imela. Thegio Ngai!”
