When it comes to fashion, Deputy President-elect Rigathi Gachagua cares less.
The incoming second in command is synonymous with oversize suits and baggy clothes.
Throughout the campaign season, critics trolled him for poor fashion, which they said was not incumbent upon a man aspiring to become Kenya’s Deputy President.
Interestingly, Gachagua ignored the fashion criticism and focused on his campaign messaging.
His supporters argued that there was no need to pay attention to his wardrobe since he is not a fashionista or a model.
However, Gachagua surprised Kenyans today after stepping out with a fitting designer suit.
Gachagua posed for a photo with Nyali MP Mohamed Ali.
Kenyans could resist admiring his new look and even advised him not to let go his new tailor. Ladies even confessed that he looked handsome. Haha.
On Twitter, Gachagua was nicknamed Riggy G, a Sheng name cribbed from his official name.
