Kenya Rugby Sevens team Shujaa is in a tough Pool D for the second leg of the 2019/2020 HSBC Sevens World Series.
Shujaa have been grouped with Ireland, Australia and Samoa.
The second leg will take place in Cape Town from 13th to 15th December 2019.
Kenya picked up a paltry four points after beating Scotland 26-14 in the 13th place play-off.
They lost all their pool matches, going down 22-19 to Spain, after losing 12-5 to England and suffering Thursday’s 17-12 defeat to South Africa.
Shujaa will start their campaign with a clash against Samoa at 5.59pm on Friday, 13th December before playing two matches on Saturday, 14th December, starting with Australia at 11.57am and Ireland at 5.47pm.
The team currently lies 13th overall in the standings after collecting only four points in the opening round of the series played in Dubai from 5th to 7th December.
Hosts South Africa, winners of the opening leg in Dubai, headline Pool A alongside USA, Fiji and Japan, while Pool B features New Zealand, Argentina, Canada and Wales pool C consists of England, France, Spain and Scotland.
